Company Policy and Terms of Business
Incorporated around 1980 as Hexa Sports Ltd. and situated centrally in the West Midlands area, the Company Manufactures and markets a range of fine quality tennis and sports equipment.
We operate a website offering easy purchase of items using secure credit/debit card facilities.
Product prices are given excluding carriage charges and VAT which are calculated in the shopping basket.
Carriage charges are for UK mainland deliveries and exclude the northern regions of Scotland and overseas deliveries. For deliveries to the northern areas of Scotland and overseas it is necessary to contact us by telephone or use website enquiry form to obtain carriage charges.
Carriage charges are reduced per item for multiple orders for products of a similar type to reflect reduced costs in this respect.
It is our policy to hold many items of equipment in stock including posts and nets and in many cases a rapid or next working day delivery can be achieved. However this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to order volumes, frequency and manufacturing schedules.
Many items are sent by reputable carrier on a next day delivery service. However we may use our own transport facilities for local deliveries, deliveries of bulky items and larger volume orders. These may take somewhat longer to achieve but we will always try and advise you of any undue delay.
It is most important to examine products on delivery to ensure that they have arrived in good condition. If the packaging or goods appear to be damaged in any way it is important to sign for them as damaged or to refuse to accept the goods. Report the circumstances to us as soon as possible.
A signature is deemed to be acceptance of goods in good condition by carriers and it is not possible to obtain any compensation from them under these circumstances.
It is our aim to supply goods of good quality and suitable for the purpose in which they are intended but in the event of there being faulty materials or workmanship we will offer to exchange or offer a full refund.
Every effort will be made to give an accurate description of the products being offered. If in any doubt of the function or attributes of any product please contact us for further information as in the case of incorrectly ordered products we can only offer a refund for the product itself and not the carriage cost. Under these circumstances the cost of carriage back to us will be the responsibility of the customer.
Orders from Schools, Universities, Local Authorities are acceptable on a 30 day account basis on submission of an official signed order from. This may be sent by post, fax or e mail.
Official orders from Contractors and Clubs may be acceptable subject to status.
